1. What exactly am I buying?

You are purchasing a high-resolution digital artwork created by me, Guilherme Winter.This means there is no physical shipment (frame, molding, or print): you will receive digital files to download and print wherever you prefer.

2. What is the difference between the Standard, Premium, and Collector's Editions?

Standard – R$ 39 - JPG file for wallpaper and 300 dpi high-resolution PDF file, with a discreet watermark.

Premium – R$ 79 - Version without watermark, with JPG files for wallpaper, 300 dpi high-resolution PDF, and digital certificate of authenticity.

Collector's Edition – R$ 149 - Special edition for collectors, with all files in high quality, JPG for wallpaper, 300 dpi PDF, digital certificate of authenticity, and extra making-of material about the work.

3. How do I receive the files after purchase?

After the payment is confirmed by the platform, you will receive an automatic email with the download links for the digital files corresponding to the chosen version.

4. How long will the download links remain available?

The links will be available for 7 days after purchase confirmation, so you can download them calmly to your phone or computer and save them in a safe place (cloud, email, hard drive, etc.).

If for any reason you have any difficulty during this period, just let me know and let me know your order number – I'll do my best to help you.

5. Can I buy it on my phone and download it on my computer (or vice versa)?

Yes! You can purchase via your mobile phone and then access the same email on your computer to download the files more conveniently, or do everything directly on your mobile phone if you prefer.

JPG and PDF files open normally on most devices.

7. Does the artwork come with a watermark?

Standard Version: Yes, it has a discreet watermark with the artist's name.

Premium and Collector's Editions: do not have a watermark, retaining only the original signature of the artwork.

6. Can I print the artwork? In what sizes?

Yes, that's the idea behind digital art. 😊

The files are sent in high resolution (300 dpi), which allows for excellent print quality in small, medium, and also larger formats such as posters, fine art prints... My suggestion is to take the file to a print shop and, if you want, ask for guidance on the best size and paper for your needs.

8. Can I use the artwork commercially?

No. All versions are for personal use and/or as a gift.This means you can print it for your home, office, or as a gift, but you cannot resell the image, use it in commercial products, campaigns, logos, commercial covers, or licensing. If you are interested in any commercial use or licensing, please contact me so we can discuss a specific agreement.

9. I want to buy this as a gift for someone. How do I do that?

Choose your version of the work and after receive the content just forward the email with the attached files to the lucky recipient.

10. What if I lose the email or have trouble downloading the files?

1 - Check your inbox and spam folder for messages with the store's name or a confirmation subject.

2 - If that still doesn't solve the problem, contact me with your name and order number. Within the limits of what the platform allows, I will help you regain access.

11. Do you offer refunds?

Since this is a digital product, which is sent and accessed immediately after purchase, I generally do not offer refunds after the files have been downloaded.

But if there is any technical problem, file error, or any situation in which you are unable to receive what was promised, please contact me: the priority is always to resolve the issue in the fairest and most transparent way possible.
